Return and Refund Policy
At UNMOVEL, we aim to deliver quality products and excellent service. However, due to a high incidence of misuse of return privileges, we have implemented a strict return and refund policy to protect our business and ensure fairness for all customers. Please read the following terms carefully before initiating a return.
1. Order the Product and Specify the Delivery Method

1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:
• Returned within 7 calendar days of receiving the item
• In unused, undamaged, and original condition
• In the original packaging, with all manuals, accessories, and labels intact
• Accompanied by valid proof of purchase (invoice or email confirmation)
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted or processed.
2. How to Initiate a Return
All return requests must be submitted via email. Do not send any product back without our prior approval.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions, including the return address. UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE REJECTED.
3. Right of Order Cancellation (EU 7-Day Rule)
In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your goods.
To cancel, please send a clear statement of your intention via email: info@unmovel.com
Please note: This right only applies to unused products in resellable condition. Cancellation requests after the 7-day window will not be accepted.
4. Refund Process
Refunds are only issued in limited circumstances and are subject to review. UNMOVEL reserves the right to offer store credit or product exchange as the primary method of resolution.
A refund may be issued if:
• The return has been approved after inspection
• The product was defective or sent in error
• The return request falls within the cancellation rights under EU law
Refund Conditions:
• Refunds (if approved) are processed within 7–14 business days
• Refunds will only be made to the original payment method
• A handling/restocking fee may be deducted depending on product condition
• Cash refunds are generally not provided, except in cases where required by law
5. Return Shipping
Customers are fully responsible for:
• Return shipping costs, regardless of reason
• Ensuring the item is securely packed and insured for transport
• Any damages or loss during the return shipment
We strongly advise using a trackable courier service. We are not liable for returned goods lost or damaged in transit.

6. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
• You will receive a gift credit for the value of the return
• A gift certificate will be emailed once the return is approved
If the gift wasn’t shipped directly to you, the refund or credit will be issued to the original purchaser.
7. Important Notes
• We reserve the right to refuse returns from customers with a history of abusive return behavior
• Refunds will not be issued for items that show signs of use, tampering, or are returned incomplete
• Sale items and promotional products are non-refundable unless legally required
